When contacting our support team, you may be met with a request to send your error logs. These logs should ONLY be sent to Hone support members as they can contain important data.. Once you send the requested logs, the Hone support team will be able to better identify your issue and recommend a solution based off of what they find and suggest. Below are written instructions, a long with a short how-to video on how to send the proper logs for error identification.

Written Instructions for How To Send Error Logs

  1. Open the Hone software

  2. Select the Settings Gear Icon

  1. Attach and send your files that end in .HNLG and the Hone Utility Log file, you can ignore all system related log files
