🎮 Game Detection Issues
Hone supports 100,000+ games across multiple launchers and platforms.
In some cases, a game may not appear correctly in your library.
If this happens, follow the steps below. We’re actively improving our game manager to make detection even better.
Step 1: Refresh Your Game List
Open Hone
Click the refresh icon in the top-right corner
Wait a moment and check if your game appears
Step 2: Still Not Showing? Create a Ticket
If refreshing does not resolve the issue:
Join our Discord server:
https://discord.gg/HoneGo to the Priority Support channel
Open a Game Detection Ticket
This helps our team identify missing games and improve detection accuracy.
Step 3: Provide the Required Files
To help us resolve the issue, please include all three of the following:
1. detected_games.json
Location:
C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Local\Programs\Hone\resources\assets\hone-resources\gamemanager
2. Hone Log Files (.hnlg)
Location:
C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Local\Programs\Hone\resources\assets\hone-resources\logs
3. Game Manager Logs
Location:
C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Local\Programs\Hone\resources\assets\hone-resources\gamemanager\logs
If you're having trouble finding any of these files, you can export the logs directly through Hone's Settings Tab like in the image below. (You can also check out our article on how you can export them here!)
Once these files are submitted, our team will review them and assist you as quickly as possible.
