📁 Send Your Error Logs to Support

When contacting Hone Support, you may be asked to send your error logs.
These logs help our team identify issues faster and provide accurate solutions.

⚠️ Important:
Error logs should ONLY be sent to official Hone support members, as they may contain sensitive system data.

 Step 1: Open Hone and Navigate to Settings

  • Open the Hone application

  • Click the Settings gear icon

Step 2: Open the Logs Folder

  • Select the option labeled “Export Logs”

  • Send the zip folder to Support
