💳 Change Billing Information

Sometimes you may need to update the card or payment method associated with your Hone subscription.
Below are the available ways to do so.

Update Payment Method (Recommended Method)

By default, Hone will continue charging the card currently on file.

If you want to change your payment method:

  • Go to your Hone Account Settings

  • Locate your active subscription

  • Unsubscribe from the current plan

  • Wait for the subscription period to end

  • Re-subscribe using your new card or payment method

This ensures the new card is properly saved for future billing.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • You cannot directly swap cards while a subscription is active

  • The new payment method is applied when you resubscribe

  • Your access remains active until the current billing cycle ends

Hone uses XSolla as its payment processor.
