Fill out the refund request form
Submit the form with accurate details
Step 2: Wait for XSolla’s Response
XSolla will review your request and contact you directly regarding your refund.
Important Note:
You will need your Transaction ID, which can be found in:
Your purchase confirmation email
Your email inbox from Hone
⚠️ Support cannot provide transaction IDs, so be sure to keep your receipt.
