How to Request a Refund From XSolla

Step 1: Contact XSolla

Visit the XSolla refund page:
https://help.xsolla.com/refunds/refund-my-digital-purchase

  • Click Contact Us (or scroll down)

  • Fill out the refund request form

  • Submit the form with accurate details

Step 2: Wait for XSolla’s Response

XSolla will review your request and contact you directly regarding your refund.

Important Note:
You will need your Transaction ID, which can be found in:

  • Your purchase confirmation email

  • Your email inbox from Hone

⚠️ Support cannot provide transaction IDs, so be sure to keep your receipt.

Refund Policy Summary

  • Refunds are eligible within 48 hours of purchase

  • Refunds after 48 hours are only considered for valid exceptions

  • XSolla handles all refunds

  • Support cannot manually issue refunds without XSolla approval
