For non-premium users, we offer support through our help desk where you are now, and over email. If you are interested in getting access to our priority support through the Discord ticket system, please purchase premium.   • Refer to the article that is designated for your issue, we've made plenty of articles dedicated to the most common and most difficult issues you may experience when using Hone
  • Attempt to troubleshoot your issues with the previously mentioned articles before contacting support. We encourage you to try self-help, as your issues can usually be resolved faster that way.
  • If you are still stuck, click the "Submit A Request" button on the main page or towards the bottom of an article and fill out the requested details, once we receive your message, we will respond as soon as possible
