When contacting our support team, you may be met with a request to send your error logs. These logs should ONLY be sent to Hone support members as they can contain important data.. Once you send the requested logs, the Hone support team will be able to better identify your issue and recommend a solution based off of what they find and suggest.
Step 1: Open the Software and Navigate
- Open the Hone software
- Select the Settings Gear Icon
Step 2: Select Open Logs Folder
Select the box that says "Open Logs Folder"
Step 3: Attach Your Log Files
A prompt will open that showcases all of your important log files. When sending your logs, only attach files that end in ".HNLG" and any honeutility.log files you may see
